Can I send my document to English Language Services by post or fax?
English Language Services only accepts emailed documents, therefore no documents will be accepted by post or fax.
All documents are returned by email.
What file formats are accepted?
English Language Services accepts all common word processor formats, including Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Open Office Writer, Rich Text Format and Plain Text. If you have wish to send us a document with an unusual format, please contact us first.
How do I place an order?
There are two major categories of service that we provide:
If you'd like to discuss English Training, whether it be for a specific exam or to improve your communication skills, please contact us to discuss your needs. We will then be able to give you a quote based on
* The amount of tuition you require (in hours). * What skills you'd like to focus on – pronunciation, communication, writing etc.
Documentation, including essays, letters and curriculum vitae which you'd like us to correct or rewrite can be emailed as an attachment to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it along with a cover note of what you require (please see Document Services for more details). You will receive an acknowledgement that your document has been received by us, and then, once we have had a chance to assess what is required, we will send you an email with a request for payment through PayPal. We use the PayPal system because it accepts most types of payments and it the best known Payment Gateway. You don't have to join PayPal to pay through this system. It is not possible to have a document corrected nd returned before payment has been completed.
How much does it cost?
It depends which service you require and how big the document you submit is. Please contact us for a quote.
Can you help me improve my English?
In addition to English Training which is aimed specifically at improving clients' English, one of the Document Services we provide is a thorough documented explanation of corrections made to documents submitted to our site.
After I have received my revised document, can I ask you follow-up questions?
If you have paid for the Document Correction & Commenting Service it is still possible to take queries regarding minor corrections.
If you'd like to ask follow up questions please contact us, making sure to include the relevant order number in any correspondence.
How long will it take for my document to be returned?
Because English Language Services is a small company we are very dependant on the volume of work we have at any given time. It also depends on the type of work undertaken. It very much depends on the size of the document that you submit. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you have an express Document Service?
At present we are unable to offer a specific express service, but if you contact us first we may be able to offer such a service at an extra charge.
Can I include graphics within my document?
Please contact us first before emaileng a document that contains graphics.
Can you tell me your how much it will cost before I submit to the Document Service?
As part of the payment process, you will be aware of how much the service you want will cost before you have submitted payment. If, after recieving a request for payment, you decide that you don't want to use the service, please contact us to let us know and we will erase the submitted document / documents from our system..
Can you format my document to look professional and correct for its intended use?
Only within the Document Creation Service. This will be done to a basic, functional and acceptable standard.
Can I pay you by cheque?
No. English Language Services at present only accepts payment through PayPal.
Can I change the details of my order after you have confirmed my order?
It depends whether the work is underway. We will not change an order once it has been started. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of any changes needed and we will do our best. |
